Meet the Team

  • Kevin Page

    Principal

    Kevin Page is a principal and co-founder of Lakeshore Development Partners, where he focuses on deal-structuring, financing, investment feasibility, and asset management.  Kevin also helped start two other related development companies, KP Property Development and Kothe Real Estate Partners. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Kevin specializes in development, acquisitions, feasibility analysis, financing, and corporate administration. He previously held senior roles at T. Wall Properties and International Airport Centers, where he led acquisitions, development, leasing, equity investments, and expansion into new markets. Kevin's development experience includes hotels, multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed-use, with a recent focus on ground-up hotels and historic renovations. Kevin brings extensive experience evaluating opportunities, structuring investments, and guiding projects across the country from initial concept through development and stabilization.

  • Josh Wilcox

    Principal

    Josh Wilcox is a principal and co-founder of Lakeshore Development Partners, where he focuses on development, pre-construction, and construction management. He brings more than 25 years of commercial design and development experience, with a concentration in hospitality and multifamily projects. Before joining Lakeshore Development Partners, Josh was an owner and lead designer at GBA, an award-winning architectural and interior design firm, where he managed and designed a wide range of hotels, apartments, and restaurants. His background in design, project management, and regulatory approvals provides a unique perspective that strengthens Lakeshore’s approach to development.

  • John Kothe

    Principal

    John Kothe is a principal and co-founder of Lakeshore Development Partners, where he focuses on deal-due diligence, investor relations, project supervision, and asset management. John also founded Kothe Real Estate Partners.  With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, John has specialized in development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and property management, with a focus on commercial properties throughout the Midwest. Prior to co-founding Lakeshore, and Kothe Real Estate Partners, John held senior leadership positions with T. Wall Properties, Equity Office Property Trust, Miglin Beitler, and Trammell Crow Company. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of millions of square feet of commercial property.

  • Neil Densmore

    Principal

    Neil Densmore is a principal and co-founder of Lakeshore Development Partners, president of GLMG Hotels, and a Certified Hotel Administrator with more than 35 years of direct hotel management experience. His extensive hospitality background spans full-service, limited-service, and resort properties across leading brands including Hilton, Marriott, Choice Hotels International, and IHG. Neil has deep expertise across all aspects of hotel operations, including revenue management, sales, food and beverage, convention services, reservations, maintenance, and front office operations. His industry leadership includes service on the IHG Owners Association Hotel Indigo Committee and multiple leadership roles with Choice Hotels International.
