  • John Kothe

    Partner

    John Kothe is a Partner and founder of Lakeshore Development Partners with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. His expertise spans development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and property management, with a focus on commercial properties throughout the Midwest. Prior to founding Lakeshore, John held senior leadership positions with T. Wall Properties, Equity Office Property Trust, Miglin Beitler, and Trammell Crow Company. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of millions of square feet of commercial property and has helped raise more than $125 million in equity.

    Partner

    Kevin Page is a Partner at Lakeshore Development Partners, where he focuses on development, investment, and consulting activities. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Kevin specializes in development, acquisitions, financing, leasing, market research, and feasibility analysis. He previously served in senior roles with T. Wall Properties and International Airport Centers, where he was involved in acquisitions, development, leasing, equity investment, and expansion into new markets. Kevin brings extensive experience evaluating opportunities, structuring investments, and guiding projects from initial concept through development.

  • Neil Densmore

    Partner

    Neil Densmore is a Partner at Lakeshore Development Partners and a Certified Hotel Administrator with more than 35 years of direct hotel management experience. His extensive hospitality background spans full-service, limited-service, and resort properties across leading brands including Hilton, Marriott, Choice Hotels International, and IHG. Neil has deep expertise across all aspects of hotel operations, including revenue management, sales, food and beverage, convention services, reservations, maintenance, and front office operations. His industry leadership includes service on the IHG Owners Association Hotel Indigo Committee and multiple leadership roles with Choice Hotels International.

  • Josh Wilcox

    Partner

    Josh Wilcox is a Partner at Lakeshore Development Partners, where he focuses on development, pre-construction, and construction management. He brings more than 25 years of commercial design and development experience, with a concentration in hospitality and multifamily projects. Before joining Lakeshore in 2024, Josh was an owner and lead designer at GBA, an award-winning architectural and interior design firm, where he managed and designed a wide range of hotels, apartments, and restaurants. His background in design, project management, regulatory approvals, and the built environment provides a unique perspective that strengthens Lakeshore’s approach to development from concept through construction.
